Our Story: Family Business, Real Experience
VM Demolition was founded by Vicente Montalvo, who brought his demolition experience from California and built a Texas-based business rooted in the same values he was raised with — hard work, honesty, and taking care of the people you work for.
Since 2008, we’ve grown from a small family operation into a trusted name across the Houston metro area. We’ve handled everything from residential interior gut-outs to large-scale commercial demolition, including projects like a 10,000 sq ft warehouse tear-down, and we approach every job with the same mindset regardless of size: do it right, do it clean, and keep the client informed the whole way through.
